Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping: 3–10 business days (budget-friendly option)
  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (most balanced option)
  • Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days (priority handling)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.


Shipping Fee

Most products include free standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

Expedited shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.


Warehouses & Fulfillment

We ship from multiple U.S. fulfillment centers:

  • New Jersey (East Coast coverage)
  • California (West Coast coverage)
  • Georgia (Central & Southeast coverage)

Orders are automatically assigned to the nearest warehouse for faster delivery.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Puerto Rico (PR)
  • Guam (GU)
  • U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
  • American Samoa (AS)
  • Northern Mariana Islands (MP)

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes for certain carriers.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in locating the shipment.
